TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my second full year of teaching in my own classroom! I have student taught for one year at a public school, at which time I also long term substituted. The past two years I have been at a public charter school and loving every moment of it....

MY TEACHING STYLE

"Organized chaos" is usually what my room looks like. I rarely use direct instruction and I multiple choice/true and false are obsolete. Connecting to your students is the most meaningful way of teaching them. If they are engaged then you are doing your job.
