TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Welcome to Zen and tHEART of teaching My name is Lori Asquith. I currently teach 2nd grade and Academic Literacy at our local community college. I live and teach in Upstate NY, but my heart resides in Italy. I have taught every grade level ek-6 and hold a MS in Literacy. I am a seasoned, award winning teacher and a district wide staff developer. This September will mark my 18th year of teaching! 12 years in a classroom and 6 years as a literacy specialist and staff developer!.

Hands on, firm, but fair, manners matter and we are all a work in progress style.
