TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught in the public schools - everything from Kindergarten to 8th Grade and almost ALL subjects but specializing in the Sciences, History and Mathematics. I also home-schooled both of my children and worked with a special program that taught Marine Biology, Zoology and Environmental Studies to students at camps, zoos and marine educational parks. Oh, and I am a free-lance writer for Scholastic Professional Books, Frank Shaeffer and Carson-Dellosa.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Grade level and subject area don't matter to me - instead, it's the challenge of taking dull material and making it learning-rich, interactive, interesting and fun for all!- Susan
