What's the Temperature is a one page visual aid with a thermometer in Celsius and Fahrenheit. It is colour coded with pictures of what type of clothing should be chosen for the temperature outside. It is perfect as a classroom teaching tool or visual aid for special needs students. Print it in colour on ledger paper and laminate it for repeated use with a dry erase marker. Enjoy!

This 2 page handout/poster gives students a visual reminder about the proper method for converting units within the customary and metric measurement systems. The chart also lists the customary and metric abbreviations for the most commonly used measurements. The chart also uses the "King Henry Died While Drinking Chocolate Milk" mnemonic device to teach kids how to "jump" from one place value to the next when converting measurements in the metric system.

Give them different measurements (2 3/4 inch, 4 5/16 inch, ...) and let them draw you a line at those lengths using this enlarged ruler. You can also use construction paper to recreate this on a bulletin board.
