Sun Salutations are a wonderful way to stretch and align the whole body. Help children to move and stretch their body with this rhythmic pattern of movement. Take your time and honour your body in every breath. Do only as your body allows, and as your strength and flexibility improve, you will be able to move more deeply into Sun Salutations and increase your rounds. Once this pattern is learned it is an easy way to bring children back to the present, allowing them to feel more calm and settle
