Orton-Gillingham Based Hard G Soft G Lesson PROMETHEAN Flip Chart
I create interactive flip charts that teach Orton-Gillingham based phonics and spelling lessons! This lesson teaches the rules for spelling words with hard g or soft g. There is also a code and read practice page created that may be printed from the flip chart. I hope my flip charts are as useful to you as they've been for me when teaching regular ed, ELL or dyslexic students!

Dear Teachers,
This flip chart has been created to assist you with manuscript handwriting instruction. Letters are presented in upper and lower case.
Instruction is presented in alphabetical order,
but pages may be reaaranged as needed. The concept of "Sky Writing" is introduced and explained.
Students need large manuscript handwriting paper and pencils for practice. First model, then have students try.

What's the Weather like Today?
Children will use the interactive chart for the Promethean board to identify the daily weather conditions for sunny, rainy, cloudy, snowy, foggy and windy. A weather song is embedded in the chart. You may stop the song on each page and allow the students to circle "yes" or "no" on each page of the chart. The song does not sing windy. I sing that page for my class. You can delete any weather condition that is not relevant to your area. My 3, 4 and 5 year old students with autism/development
