This resource is based on a collaborative Kagan Strategy used to create meaningful classroom discussion. This resource can be used as a whole class or small group activity. Each student receives a card and then using the hand up pair up strategy they find a partner. Each student takes turns asking and answering the question on their partner's card (students can use working out paper if needed). This project is a great addition to any unit involving percent,decimal, and fraction conversions. You can add in pre-determined numbers for low students and have higher level students create their own percentages. I love that is adds an element of creativity and art to math!

My students love task cards! They are actively sharing with a partner and moving from desk to desk.
These task cards include 7 of each: Percents to Fraction and Decimal; Decimal to Percentand Fraction; Fraction to Percentand Decimal; and Comparing Fractions to Decimals. Also included are 2 recording sheets.
I use them as a whole group activity but they can be easily used in stations, intervention grouping, and review for advanced learners. Enjoy!
