This is a great two minute mindfulness check-in that can be used with primary and secondary students, and even adult learners. Both kids and colleagues alike can benefit from taking two minutes before a lesson, or even a professional development session to check in with their feelings and thoughts and take notice of changes before and after going through the check-in.
