Multiplication chart emphasized with colors for the zeroes, tens and doubles. I can never remember where to find the multiplication chart when I need one, so I made one to print out and laminate for each of my students. Does anyone else have this challenge?

Problem Solving Document for teachers and a blank for students
This walks students through what the operations do in math, not using code words. My students use this when solving word problems. We go through this as we introduce the operations in word problems. We fill out an anchor chart and we spend a lot of time discussing what the operations mean. I have a blank copy for the students and have included a copy filled out for you to adjust as needed. With the Common Core guidelines of learning at least two strategies to solve a math problem, this worksheet gives students a quicker means to find the answer. This worksheet help students learn with three different strategies - equal groups, number line, and arrays. I printed enough for all my students and laminated them so that they were reusable using a dry erase marker.

Having students work on fast facts but not really tracking their own progress? This would be a great resource for your students. This is a word document set up for a 9 week quarter of tracking student progress. It can be changed to fit your classroom as you see fit. Missing Homework Excuse Form for Students
Last year I created a "form" for students to fill-out when they did not have their weekly Homework ready to turn in on Friday.
This helped me when conferencing with parents. When the child had zeros on a progress report, I could easily take out the HW excuse forms filled in by the student. It did help the students feel more accountable.
You'll need to tweek it to your needs.
