This is a form I created to identify areas that families would be interested in helping or sharing with the class through wow experiences. This form is directly linked to the Wow experiences identified in the six study guides from the Creative Curriculum, 5th edition. I have had great success in increasing family and community involvement using this form. I provide it to families at open house or during home visits and use the information gathered to plan for experiences throughout the year.

Daily communication to parents is so important, especially in a special education classroom. I created an easy to edit and easy to use form to send home daily communication to parents via pen and paper, typed and printed or conveniently emailed to parents. Directions are included in how to fill out and email easily. The form is edited through powerpoint and filled out on Adobe. Make sure you have access to these formats to ensure proper use.
