Reward and Consequence Behavior Chart
We have all been there....we have a child that is unruly and just refuses to listen and follow any rules. I have made this chart just for them. RTI Behavior Intervention Checklist (weekly)
This is a weekly checklist for your students who are on RTI behavior OR for your ESE students wtih BIP's. I use this with most of my ESE students who need a Behavior Intervention Plan. The 2nd page does not have the periods listed, so you can write them in or write in specific classes. I usually give my students a reward if they earn all 2's at the end of each week!

Bug Work For Board/ Token Chart Behavior Management Reward System
Simple token chart/ Work for board for students. This is the perfect size to hole punch and attach to a lanyard or fanny pack key ring. I simply attached soft velcro over the magnifying glass and on the back. Then the rough side to the bugs. Each time the student is on track or does what they are asked they take a bug from the back and put it on the front. Once they get all five they earn a reward.
