This is a two page bar graph template to use to track all of the progress monitoring you do for the mClass Number Facts assessment. It is for 2nd grade, with an EOY goal of 28. I have my students graph their weekly PM test on here. It lists forms 1-20 at the bottom. The preview that you see above shows you EXACTLY what this is. The intention is to copy back to back and have the students fill this in to take ownership of their data. I use this to have students show their parents at conferences.
