Daily Data Sheet (to follow IEP DIRECT)
I've revamped my daily data sheet to correspond with the language used on IEP DIRECT. I found myself wasting a lot of time writing "provider absent, student absent" over and over again on sick days, etc and decided to go more basic with a simple system that is used on IEP direct so that I can quickly circle "SA:student absent, PNA: provider not availabe", etc and move on with my day. Medicaid notes take long enough!!! Print these out double sided for each student and bring them with you to IEP
