Many of us are using the NWEA MAPS assessment to monitor our students' progress in both reading and math. This is a worksheet that I created that enables students to take ownership over their MAPS scores, and encourage them to make growth. Using this worksheet, students set goals for themselves to achieve throughout the year in both reading and math. Additionally, students can monitor their growth throughout the year to see if they have achieved their goal.

The kids turn them in to me whenever they need a free pass. I issue my students "raffle tickets" throughout the 6 weeks when they turn in HW on time, get an A
