Collecting Data for IEP objectives and RTI can be a real pain. I have created these forms over the last few years to standardize the collection of data. Once I started to collect data in a standardized format, my data and reporting improved. My data is now easier to defend. I use an Excel Spreadsheet to record the data and create percentages for progress reports. The spreadsheet is available as a separate free download (updated to Excel 2010).
