We fill out an anchor chart and we spend a lot of time discussing what the operations mean. I have a blank copy for the students and have included a copy filled out for you to adjust as needed. I put the blank copy in students journal and as we fill out the anchor chart, they fill out each opera

Last year I created a "form" for students to fill-out when they did not have their weekly Homework ready to turn in on Friday. This helped me when conferencing with parents. When the child had zeros on a progress report, I could easily take out the HW excuse forms filled in by the student. It did help the students feel more accountable. You'll need to tweek it to your needs. Enjoy!

The student has the choice to either complete the math reminder or not. If not, they are given a morning detention. I like this behavior intervention because it gives stu
