My school does not require that SLPs turn in a full lesson plan every week. Which is wonderful, but I still like to jot down some informal notes of things I want to try with particular students, new problems I want to address, activities that I think would be beneficial, etc. I tried some lesson plan formats, but felt that they didn't really suit my needs as an SLP.
