This math activity integrates both math and art. Students create a "fraction flower," with a fraction (in simplest form) as the flower's center. On the surrounding petals, students find three different equivalent fractions and both the percent and decimal conversion of the center fraction. Although it is an easy art project, it covers multiple state standards. It looks great on the wall for Back to School Nights or Open Houses!
