Party Planning Project (using arrays and multiplication)
This is my third graders' FAVORITE math project of the year, and can you blame them? Who doesn't love a fun party - especially when you get to create it?
My Party Planning Project is geared toward gifted students who have demonstrated mastery of multi-digit multiplication. This is a great enrichment project for students to work on in small groups if they do not need remediation for basic multiplication.
