Here is a note and assessment I created for my grade 12 class on graphing rational functions. It breaks down how to accurately sketch holes, vertical, horizontal and oblique asymptotes as well as x- and y-intercepts when given the equation of a rational function. I included both a pdf and word document so they are editable. I also included an answers key for the assessment as well as a blank and filled in version of the note. The assessment includes 4 graphing questions, each worth 10 marks.
