Guided Imagery Exercises: Great for warm -ps or independent projects!
I have developed several guided imagery exercises that help students create unique artworks by increasing engagement and guiding them with instructions or cues. Sometimes we have short tutorial videos, and sometimes I do a guided imagery exercise with them. It is such a great process for them!
