Preschool Special Education Daily Communication Note (Editable)
Daily communication to parents is so important, especially in a special education classroom. I created an easy to edit and easy to use form to send home daily communication to parents via pen and paper, typed and printed or conveniently emailed to parents. Directions are included in how to fill out and email easily.
The form is edited through powerpoint and filled out on Adobe. Make sure you have access to these formats to ensure proper use.

With this quick note a teacher can quickly report on a student's behavior for the day in several areas. The areas to report on can be changed to math your school day or needs. Quick and simple behavior note for quick communication with parents about a student's behavior. This one page document is fast to fill out. Student's name, the date and then simply check the boxes of the poor choices or behaviors that occurred that day. The note has a parent signature at the bottom. This is a word document that can be edited and altered to meet your specific needs.

The Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling Packet includes a conference time preference slip and a conference time note. Both are easy editable documents for teachers to print and send home to families.

Here is a weekly (5 days) editable class homenote. The teacher is able to communicate daily as well as the student has a self-reflection area. There is an area for parent's to sign and add notes. It is one-file and you can edit per student and add targeted IEP and/or behavior goals. Visuals are a must and this include visuals for our kiddos.
