This is a clean, simple, and straight forward way for classroom staff and aides to record bathrooming data throughout the school day for special education classes, or early childhood students, who are continuing to work on potty training in a school setting. Simply print, fill in each student's name, make copies for as many days as needed, and post in the bathroom.
