Sentence Expansion
This sentence expansion activity is great for helping kids with poor auditory comprehension or recall. The added input of the words, phrases, and sentences will give the child the ability to remember and retell the sentences and be able to answer the simple wh- questions about the sentences. It will provide children the encouragement to know that they are able to retell simple stories while remembering all of the details. It provides the educator with the knowledge of where exactly the breakdown

Articulation Boom Deck: Assimilation (Alveolar-Velar 2 Syllable Words)
This boom deck targets 2 syllable alveolar-velar words. There are 12 scenes with 10 targets per scene. Each target can be moved to a designated drop zone. An audio button with the target word is included. The last 2 scenes feature each target word to increase randomized practice, which encourages generalization. This deck is great for kids who have been working on fronting/backing but still struggle when an alveolar/velar is present in the target word.
