This a wonderful ccllection of 10 different "Who am I" projects. This helps you get to know who your students are and it also allows the students to have the opportunity to get to know each other and make new friends. Great ice breakers. I enjoy having this collection in my classroom. It was so easy to pull this file and choose a "Who am I?" project.

My Writing Journal 1st grade - 3rd grade
Students learn so much from keeping a monthly journal. You may provide the students with topics or you can allow them to choose one on their own. This writing journal can be used by students in 1st grade through 3rd grade. Each page in the journal consists of a different month. Additional biographical information
I love living life and I live it to the fullest each day. I was married for 19 years when I lost my husband in a tragic motorcycle accident. I thought life was over....but I have three wonderful children and I knew I had to stay strong for them. At that time I lived life to the best of my abality, kind of just going through the motions I suppose. Many years later something unexpected happened in my life....I met a wonderful man. Something I didn't think would ever happen again. We dated for over two years and recently married. I now live in a new town with my husband and my youngest son. I have taken a year of leave from the school system so I can focus on my new life. I am now living life again and enjoying every minute of it.
