This is a goal tracker that I use in the classroom but I have modified for digital/distance learning to help us keep up with not only a student's IEP goals but with their participation in distance learning. This version is editable. I usually type the students' IEP goals into the boxes instead of handwriting them.

I use this skill tracker to keep track of where my students are for telling time, counting money, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. I simply write their name in pencil and as they move along I move their name. When I'm planning lessons it's a great tool to know where everyone is at as well as being very helpful when it comes to progress reports and IEP meetings.
