With over a decade of high school teaching experience under my belt ranging from remedial algebra to AP Calculus, I decided to finally share some of the types of resources I like to use in my classroom with others around the world.
I love making guided notes that allow for a logical progression of varied examples which support remedial students with necessary structure and advanced learners with opportunities to move on to tougher exercises.
Even more, I like making collaborative and self-checking activities that get students talking about math including quiz-quiz-trade cards, circuit-style reviews, and other partner activities.
After teaching a lot of algebra and getting called bruh just about every day, I decided to lean in to the term of endearment, so welcome to Algae, Bruh.
