This bookmark is designed to be copied double sided to accommodate 12 chapters. The students must determine the most important plot point in the chapter and summarize it in one sentence. Recording each chapter summary in one place helps students to remember each turn in the plot. This is a great activity for scaffolding struggling readers to summarize an entire book.
