There are 33 documents in this folder. Most documents have 20 questions in them (5 questions for 4 days). I used these to assess the students on the material we had previous covered as well as what we completed during the week. These align with the pre-algebra quizzes in a previous upload. The content directly aligns to the VA Math 8 SOL's that were taught during the 2012-2013 school year.

Students enjoyed this fun review of pre-algebra material in jeopardy format. Topics include Order of operations, solving equations and inequalities, perfect squares, real numbers, comparing and order fractions,decimals, percents, square roots, and scientific notation, and identifying mathematical properties.

Students used these to practice material we had learned during the year and practice new material. Students used these warm ups to practice for the weekly quiz on Fridays. The content directly aligns to VA Math 7 SOL's that were taught during the 2012-2013 school year.

Attached is a series of 5 tree diagram scenarios. Students can work through creating the tree diagram for each scenario.

There are 19, 10 question quizzes attached. I gave quizzes on most Friday's . The quizzes were aligned to the warm up questions given daily along with the new content we covered during the week. The quizzes align to VA Math 8 SOL's that were taught during the 2012-2013 school year.

Included are 18, 10 question quizzes from the VA SOL Math 7 standards that were taught during the 2012-2013 school year. I gave quizzes on Friday's that covered material from the daily warm ups as well as new material. The material spiraled through content we had learned during the year. Students saved these quizzes for help on future warm ups.

Students enjoyed reviewing Math 7 Content in this Jeopardy format. Content included: Integers, mathematical properties, comparing and ordering numbers, properties of quadrilaterals, scientific notation, absolute value, orders of operation, square roots.

Note pages for students is included for students. Some material is left out for students to fill in on their own. Also included are 2 vocabulary quizzes.
