Box Offices and Budgets Regression Project
In-class project. In groups or individually, students will research ten different movies' budgets and box offices. Then they graph the data on a scatterplot and create and interpret a linear regression model.

Teaching style
Project and inquiry based. I don't like to just give worksheets or quizzes, as I feel they don't encourage meaningful learning. Rather, I teach through guided questions and demonstration. Also, I like to give in-class activities and mini-projects where students have to apply what they've learned and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
