I teach fourth grade at a year-round elementary school. My college course work was focused on elementary science and I taught fourth grade departmentalized ELA and science for two years before diving head first in to a self-contained, fifth grade classroom. Teaching style
My classroom incorporates a variety of best practices: flipped classroom model, interactive notebooks, small groups, and students as teachers. I like to serve as a facilitator to inquiry-based learning whenever possible!
