Video self-reflection gives educators the opportunity to step outside of oneself to evaluate teaching and learning. Educators are able to step "out of the movie" instead of being the lead actor. To maximize the reflection process, educators need to analyze specific challenges (both noticed and unnoticed) and have time to consider the best course of action.
