I use these different size name tags for different purposes. I use the small ones for my cubbies, job board, lunch count. I use the big ones for above the students coat hooks, "I need you" cards so they don't interrupt me when I'm working with students.

I use these big pencil name tags to match my small ones in the classroom for consistency. These big name tags I use on my coat hooks and as "needing assistance" cards that they put down with me when I am at the teacher table instead of interrupting.

I use these small pencil name tags for my taped on cubbies, my velcro job chart, and my magnet student lunch selection on the white board.
