Differentiated challenge cards for those odd extra minutes in Maths lessons. These challenge cards are extremely useful in keeping pupils engaged, and a great opportunity to regularly revisit and revise different topics. They can be laminated and kept in class, and given to pupils to complete on whiteboards/paper. The cards cover a range of mathematical areas, such as shape, number, word problems and fractions. Teaching style
Since I have a science background I love to create a sense of curiosity in the classroom. I tend to teach around enquiry - getting children to question things, and giving them real life applications so that they realise the value of what they are learning.
I definitely believe that teaching, and learning should be fun so I have quite a relaxed relationship with my students, and love playing challenging games and quizzes with them!
