This is a great system for allowing students to take responsibility in the classroom and practice applying for jobs they believe they are suited for. Connects with civic responsibility as well as leadership skills. Is also a fun way to organize classroom jobs for the teacher.

Teaching style
I believe in every student and have a no-excuses policy. However, I vary my lessons and the structure of my class so that each student has the opportunity to succeed based on his/her strengths, abilities, and learning styles. I hold my students to high expectations, but I do so with a caring and uplifting attitude. I believe that a class culture is one of the most important features of the school because it enhances the learning experiene for each child.
My own education history
I majored in Liberal Studies for my BA and graduated with highest honors for my M.Ed. and multiple subjects credential.
