This 30 question true or false safety test accompanies the safety rules I also offer and is what I use to test my student's knowledge of the machines they will use before they start their projects. All students must pass the test with 100% accuracy before they can use the machines to encourage a safe classroom. If my students get any wrong, they have to explain to me individually why they answered it wrong and I will sign off on that question for them.

These safety rules have been modified over years of teaching to provide the best overview of a modern industrial technology shop. A general shop safety test is also offered to accompany this document and is a 30 question true or false test that covers most of the machines I use for my general industrial technology and transportation classes.

I use this form in my classroom to remind students of their behavior and to allow them a chance to reflect and change that negative behavior.
