This product is intended for students who have previously been taught how to multiply, but need a refresher. I begin each year with this lesson as it forces students to recall prior knowledge and to help mitigate possible errors before they occur throughout the year. It has students connect the basics of multiplication such as repeated addition and place value with the concept of multiplication. This is a great mini lesson for anyone needing to get back to the basics with their students.
