Included in this set are 23 different exercises that can be used in a fitness circuit. Each card contains the exercise name, a detailed image, a quick tip description, and a section for modifying each exercise for intensity/difficulty levels (differentiation!). I use these stations for my middle school (5th-8th) grade PE classes. They are large group classes and I have them travel in teams of 4-5 to each station. The Locomotor License is the culminating award for our locomotor skills unit. As we move through our unit practicing and assessing our locomotor skills, I will remind students that we are trying to earn our LOCOMOTOR LICENSE. At the end of the unit, I use the locomotor traffic school obstacle course outline provided in this purchase. I will even wear a police badge and really hype it up as traffic school. Upon completion students will receive their individual licenses. They love it!
