In this activity, students practice isolating the beginning, medial, and final sounds in simple 3 letter words. They should identify the word, break down the sounds, and then find the corresponding letters to match each sound. Don’t forget to check it! Always have kiddos go back to sound out their writing and ensure they have spelled the word correctly. Last but not least, they can color the picture.
