This is a powerpoint template for easy access to brain breaks that your students enjoy. I use this for my students and personalize the videos based on the time of year and the students' interests. I would put all the videos on Slide 3, then hyperlink each video to the slide you want to quickly go to that matches the type of video. I have included slides for "Breathing breaks, Stretching breaks, Dance party, and Movement breaks".
This is a great activity for grades 1-3 where students can learn about probability and how to create a simple bar graph. The materials you need for this activity is a bag of skittles and the worksheets. This can be done as a class or in small groups. Students are learning about probability terms, such as "impossible, possible, and certain".
Great activity to teach children how to make a simple bar graph. The children will count the number of each shape then fill in the boxes above each shape in the chart. Afterwards, the children will write down the total number of each shape.
Great activity to teach children how to make a prediction on whether specific items sink or float. Children will learn how to use a checklist to write down what they think will happen to each object, then they will write down what actually happened to each object.
