I created this silly sentence to help my fourth grade students remember the important parts of revision when writing. The sentence uses acronyms to help students recall important mini-lessons done in the classroom for improving their writing through revision. We call it the "zebra" sentence.
This download includes a student checklist and "posters" that could be hung in the room.
While designed for fourth grade writing, it is also appropriate for third and fifth graders.
