This download is for middle school and high school foods and nutrition courses. Included is a lesson plan, vitamins presentation and note guide, minerals presentation and note guide, total review presentation and note guide, and three activity ideas.

This activity is suitable for interior design students in 6-12th grades. This could also be a unit in other art courses. The download includes directions on how to create a note booklet and the PowerPoint slides guide the students on how to complete their notes. I would recommend covering 1-2 elements in a 20-minute session and then giving students an hour to complete drawings or "scrapbooking" for the examples.
