This behavior tracking document is digital so it can easily be modified to suit your specific needs. The column on the left side is for typing (or copy and pasting) your students' names. You can easily place an "x" in a box to document any behaviors you need throughout the day. I use a new sheet each day and then file them for future reference. They come in quite handy to show patterns of behavior to parents you may be seeing. I also have deleted the behaviors at the top and left my student

In my experience the more children are out of their seats, interacting with others, and allowed time to process, the most memorable learning takes place for them as well as me.

Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University in Elementary education. Masters Degree from Northern Arizona University in Counseling.

Additional biographical information

A native Iowan who came to Arizona to attend ASU. Have lived in Arizona for 30 years. All my years of teaching have been in the Peoria Unified School District in Peoria, Arizona. I am an avid nature lover and helped establish a natural habitat on our school campus that includes all native plants and trees, a pond with native fish, and a desert tortoise habitat. What an awesome outdoor learning environment!
