Teaching style

I would describe my teaching style as student-centered, data-driven, and focused on building confidence through meaningful support and intervention. I believe in meeting students where they are, using data to guide instruction, and creating engaging learning experiences that help all learners succeed. As both a math interventionist and coach, I value collaboration, consistency, and practical strategies that support growth for students and teachers alike.
