About the store
I am the Program Coordinator and Teacher of an 18 to 21 year old transition program for students with disabilities. I started the program from scratch 4 years ago and it has excelled with 100% of the students having jobs and a large majority of the student body taking college classes. I also started a work experience fully operational coffee shop work experience for the students.

This lesson involves students in small groups traveling throughout the community and calling the "Scavenger Team" to provide clues about their location. This activity can be played for extended periods of time. Students enjoy it and it provides real life experience to get to know their community, ride public transportation and utilize cell phones. It is a great lesson for social, communication and transportation goals.
