A parent teacher form that can be used to help with scheduling. Form will provide options for parents to sign up for an email, phone call, or face-to-face conference. Additionally, parents will be able to select the time slots that fit their schedule. Once you are promoted to make a copy of the form, you may edit the times or dates to fit your own schedule. This is a Book Review that was written for the book, Children of the Dust Bowl. It is intended to be used by middle school teachers and students after reading the book. It provides an example of what a well written middle school book review should look and sound like.

A learning contract is an agreement between teacher and student. The contract includes tasks or activities the student will complete around a chosen topic of interest or project. Students have guidelines and due dates. This is an independent learning contract that can be used with struggling students or gifted students who need enrichment.
