A parent teacher form that can be used to help with scheduling. Form will provide options for parents to sign up for an email, phone call, or face-to-face conference. Additionally, parents will be able to select the time slots that fit their schedule. Once you are promoted to make a copy of the form, you may edit the times or dates to fit your own schedule. This observational sheet is used by administrators and instructional coaches. This form is also used by teachers to complete peer observations. You will receive a document that includes a link to the Classroom Observation Google Form. Once you are prompted to make a copy of the document. You are able to edit any questions, information to fit your needs.

A learning contract is an agreement between teacher and student. The contract includes tasks or activities the student will complete around a chosen topic of interest or project. Students have guidelines and due dates. This is an independent learning contract that can be used with struggling students or gifted students who need enrichment.
