About the store

I have twenty-six years of teaching experience, and have been working as an instructional coach on the state, district and local school levels in South Florida, in addition to being a classroom teacher. I have a record of improving student achievement in reading and writing as both a classroom teacher and a coach. I enjoy working with teachers and students from elementary to high school.

Updated for 2021* Covid-19 has impacted schools and students all across the world. Test scores have suffered, learning gains lost, and we have seen an increase in student apathy. Reading (and writing) does not have to be another source of stress for your students. However, when students are reading below grade level, it can impact their self esteem as well.
