My teaching style is structured, intentional, and developmentally focused. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, a combination that allows me to create resources that are both developmentally appropriate and instructionally strong. My background in Early Childhood Education gives me a deep understanding of child development, early literacy, fine motor growth, behavior, and the learning needs of young children. My graduate training in Educational Leadership helps me design structured, high quality materials that follow clear learning progressions and support real growth in PreK to Grade 3 learners. This blend of early childhood expertise and leadership experience allows me to create resources that are practical for teachers, easy for parents to use, and effective for students who need clear, step-by-step support.
