About the store
I am a high school Math Teacher in British Columbia. I have taught Grade 8 - AP Calculus and I am now delivering MYP and DP courses at an IB School.
My classes are fun, engaging, sometimes loud, but always student-focused. In my class, we celebrate mistakes. At some point in my career, "who got it right?" shifted to "who made a mistake?"
I do very little talking - Math is a learn-by-doing subject, not learn-by-listening.
My mantra: "I don't teach math, I teach confidence."

This warmup activity (30 levels) has students practicing their counting and mental math strategies. Give them a white board to record their answers and have them share their strategies.
